"Awareness is the greatest agent for change"

"Awareness is the greatest agent for change"

Eckhart Tolle

Hi, I'm Amy! Nice to meet you.

In my early twenties, I felt lost. I think we all feel that way at certain points in our lives but this was the moment of change for me. I had ticked all the boxes, got all the grades, progressed through life in the prescribed way - school, Uni, job, back to Uni... I'd even gone and got a Masters degree and somehow I STILL didn't feel like I'd 'arrived'. I got to the end of the rainbow and couldn't see the gold...

I felt like I was just existing - like a passive actor existing in someone else's reality. The supporting role with no governance over her plot, just there to appear alongside the star performers. I mean, it was fine. It was ok. But my God was it unfulfilling. There HAD to be more to life than this.

So, I decided to become the star performer in my own play.

The first step I took in becoming the lead role was to take control. I stopped being passive and became ACTIVE in my life. I started by making CONSCIOUS choices like taking control of my health and what I put in my body. I wrote down 3 gratitudes a day so my mind automatically started scanning for the positive over the negative. I took an active role in my health and wellbeing. Instead of just waiting to feel better, I went out and sought it. From Reiki, to acupuncture, to therapy and....Tarot.

At the same time, I was following a career towards counselling, which had NEVER EVER been on my radar but now it was. I quickly realised that supporting people with their mental and emotional health is my PASSION. I never want anyone to feel alone or that they're 'less than' because they haven't got it all figured out. I want to support as many people as I can in becoming the selves they truly and authentically ARE and want to be.

I believe we should all have the opportunity to be our very best selves and fulfil our highest potential but these things aren't always a given. Often we need support to achieve this or an alternative perspective but this isn't always readily available or accessible either.  Counselling and therapy have been absolutely invaluable in helping me transform my life and I want to share that experience with anyone who wants it!

As I was training in counselling, I was simultaneously learning and practicing Tarot and I realised there was a lot of overlap. Both reflect on the human experience and both encourage us to listen to our intuition - not as some Divinely guided insight but our own 'inner voices'. The voices we quieten down so we can adhere to society's rules and expectations. The voices we hush because we're afraid of failure. The voices that become so quiet, we forget what they're saying and so we lose touch with who we authentically are.

Counselling and Tarot both hold up the mirror to ourselves so we can reflect on what's looking back. They both give us the opportunity to take stock and to explore. They both allow things to come into our awareness that we we didn't even know were there - like the reasons we limit ourselves and the reasons we became too afraid to be our authentic selves.

Tarot also opened up a lot of other doors for me, especially in terms of spiritual knowledge and understanding that have also been invaluable in my growth. Along with Tarot and counselling concepts, these too can help you step outside of the box you didn't even know you were in so that you can live the life YOU really want.

I'm going to show you how you can transform your life into the one you've always dreamed of and have always KNOWN you're capable and deserving of having. I'm going to show you how to implement therapeutic concepts into your life on the daily through Tarot and share the spiritual understanding that's helped me so much, so that you too can take control over where you're life is going and be the lead role!

I can't wait to see you inside and work with you!

Ready to Read Tarot with Confidence Right Now?

Knowing Tarot or being a Tarot reader is NOT a prerequisite in beginning this journey, nor is even owning a Tarot deck. I try and make sure that everything I offer here is accessible! If you're new to Tarot and want to learn it then stick around because you're going to get to know your cards pretty intimately! If you're already a reader, then you might find what I share takes your readings to a different level! And if you're not interested in learning Tarot at all, then that's also ok - you can still learn how to implement counselling concepts into your life so you can best support yourself!
